Pre-Approval Letter（ローンの仮承認書 ）

When you make a mortgage loan, your current savings, income, occupation, and credit score can greatly affect your credit line, and get a pre-approval letter from the loan company (provisional loan approval letter) to determine the budget. 

住宅ローンを組む際、現在の貯蓄額、収入、職種、クレジットスコアによって、融資限度額が大きく変わり、ローン会社からプリアプルーバルレター（融資可能額のローン仮承認書）をもらい予算を決定。

It is important to search for properties in your area depending on whether it is near a school district or a popular school, distance to work, environment, home style, etc.

Contact Title Company / Signing /  Title Exam & Title Insurance
